Sandbox account

A Sandbox Account is an almost-identical instance of your live Safepay Production Account, except there is no real money involved. We recommend that you make a Sandbox Account to understand how Safepay works before making a Production Account.

Once you create your Safepay Account, you need to email us at support@getsafepay.com to begin on-boarding with us.

Production Account

You should create your Production Account once you have created your Sandbox Account and have tested your integration.
We only approve your Production Account following your submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to us.
